It’s important to know the things that are truly important to you: your values in life. However, knowing what you find important will not change your life on its own. Acting according to these values is what makes them more present in your life. That’s not always so easy. Therefor you need to make a plan and start small. By starting small, you will see that you experience success more quickly, which builds confidence and motivates you to keep going. Through repetition, a new behavior will gradually become a habit.
